Summer lovin happened so fast. Summer lovin had me a blast.

Hola!

What about if this summer you started a new chapter in the greatest love affair you will ever have in your life. The one with yourself.

When we love on the inside our outside world will mirror it. You will attract new loving relationships, existing ones will increase in their tenderness & caring side. Harmony will grow in your life & you will feel a million dollars.


It is a win win! So don’t shy away from this, step up for more love, fun and JOY in your life this Summer. You teach people the way to treat you, by the way you treat yourself.



6 Self Loving Summer Tips.


💖 1, Make a list of things that you could do to love yourself more. Physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually. If this is a struggle & it was for me once upon a time. Think about what you could do for someone special in your life. Then transfer it to yourself. It might be cooking their favourite dinner or encouraging them. When you have the list, do some of them if not all :)


💜 2, Make some time for yourself. Even if it's an hour a week, prioritise this hour in your schedule. It can be anything YOU want. You can either plan something or keep it free so on the allocated time you can choose whatever you want to do at that present moment. Freedom! An hour is the minimum, if you can make more do so.


💛 3, Choose a part of your body that you are currently negative about. Write down a statement that you love that part of you, stick it next to the mirror & say it every day. Now, no matter what you think about this part of you. Your body is your home for your whole life & it does so many things so you can live & enjoy yourself. So cut it & you some slack. Be kinder with your inner dialogue & watch yourself blossom.


💟 4. Make a list of what gives you joy/ fun. It is amazing how many people when I’ve asked them this question look lost. Think about them & why they give you joy. Even by doing that you give those things energy & become a match to them in your life. Choose to do some & increase your joy within.


💙 5, Write a list of qualities that you appreciate about yourself. Make it into a love letter. Start it with my dearest friend of my heart …. Thank you for being you & I appreciate this & that about you.


💚 6, Add some more beauty to your life. Have flowers next to your bed. Wear your favourite dress & shoes for a normal dinner at home, add candles. Use essential oils that feel opulent & luxurious. By adding more of what you associate with beauty & softness around you, I am 100% sure you will begin to notice more within you & your life. Romance yourself. You're worth it!


As with everything I suggest, have fun with it. Take something that resonates with you & give it a try. You will increase your self esteem, confidence & self compassion. Plus it’s fun! Win Win all the way.
