Hola, from beautiful Costa Rica.
The photo of me sitting on the beach was taken 4 years ago. The first time I came to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Crazy how time flies. I was only planning on staying in Santa Teresa 2/ 3 nights & then continuing my trip around this beautiful country. However, I couldn’t leave. Santa Teresa & Costa Rica had captured my heart & the dream of empowering people through retreats was born.
You never know where your JOY will take you. Did I think I would be living here then? No, not at all. Did I think I would have hosted 5 retreats in 2022 & 10 in 2023? No way!
Yet here I am & very happy. The 2nd photo is me now. I am here because I follow my joy & I use all the tools, teachings & skills I have learnt over the last 10+years to be joyfully living. Life is precious, it is worth doing the work ( which can be fun & easy) so you are living in JOY every moment you can.
