Teaching Integrated Energy Therapy in Dublin This October

Hiya lovely souls -

I am getting ready to leave Costa Rica today to start some adventures. First in New York & then onto Europe, for my Soul to Sicily Retreat. After that Portugal & then to Barcelona. Where I am getting on an Abraham Hicks Cruise around the Mediterranean to study the Law of Attraction & Manifesting. 

Then, I am excited to be flying back to Ireland where I will  be teaching all levels of  Integrated Energy Therapy (IET® ) in Dublin  & co hosting -  Just Breathe Family Yoga Retreat in Slane. It is all super exciting, I am living my dreams.

I am teaching IET in Malahide, Co. Dublin. It is a beautiful village on the coast. When I lived in Ireland I used to have my work sanctuary there for clients & teaching. 

I fell in love with Integrated Energy Therapy®. (IET) & it has transformed my life for the better. In the 11 years IET has been in my life I have watched it transform the life of my clients & students as well

If you have ever felt stuck, or repeating the same patterns, struggling to move on from the past, not really feeling fulfilled or maybe you know you are meant for something different, but something seems to be blocking you getting there?

Learning IET will be amazing for you. Plus as  with everything I do it we will have fun.

Integrated Energy therapy is a gentle yet powerful energy therapy that helps us release old emotional energy, limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve us, creating space for more love, joy, confidence & freedom in our lives.

Most people initially learn IET® for their own growth & joy.

Some later go on to become practitioners & share it with others. IET offers so much support for you if this is a path you want to go down. It is a wonderful addition to any other therapies, or counseling skills.
