How are you? I've been working for the last eight days here with online Coaching & Energy healing clients & I am noticing a trend of people feeling tired. I have been making sure I am getting lots of down time to rest myself, these last few days & I  have received energy treatments.  Walking my talk.

It's like shadows have been revealed (inner & outer  truths)  & now its time to take the learnings from eclipses, full super moon & our higher selves. We need to rest to understand & embody. Then, when we are ready moving forwards lovingly & authentically.

I am excited about my new trilogy of online energy healings I have for you. They will bring you support, balance & harmony within as we move through the final months of the year. Each one stands alone beautifully, yet together they form a powerful journey home to our wholeness & our true essence - Love.

This healing helps you restore strength, clarity, & direction. When our masculine energy is out of balance, we can struggle to take action, make decisions, or stand in our authority. This session realigns your inner power with confidence & purpose.

🌸 Sunday, November 9 – Divine Feminine

A soothing & nurturing energy healing to help you open to receiving with ease & grace. When the feminine is blocked or out of balance we may overgive, neglect our needs, or resist support. This session invites softness, intuition & deep self-care.

🌈 Sunday, December 7 – Inner Grace

The final energy healing in the trilogy brings the two energies into harmony. The divine spark within you that arises from deep alignment & balance. It’s a sacred moment to embody inner peace, radiance & your wholeness.

Each session takes place online at 7pm Irish / 2pm EST, and you can join for one or experience the full trilogy for a powerful energetic recalibration.  Lets finish this year in style.
