Hiya lovely souls -
One of my favourite things about hosting my retreats is watching the connections that are created.
The laughter over dinner.
The conversations that might never have happened otherwise.
The moments that become beautiful memories.
I fully believe some of our happiest memories come from experiences rather than things. Time spent together. Laughing together. Trying something new together. Those are often the moments that stay with us long after the experience is over.
That's one of the reasons I'm so excited to be teaming up again with the amazing Laura from Star Kids Yoga. This October, we are co-hosting - Just Breathe Family Yoga Retreat in beautiful Slane, Co. Meath, Ireland.
Our past family yoga retreats together have been brilliant! The connections made on them have lasted through the years & the benefits of the retreat last long after the event.
Together, Laura & I have put our hearts & souls into creating a family yoga retreat that supports your whole family on all levels.
A space where children can play, create, move, explore & make new friends.
A space where parents can relax, recharge, receive a treatment or simply enjoy a little time to themselves.
And then a space where everyone comes back together again.
