How essential oils can be your winter best friends.

Hola Beautiful Souls,
I have been an Aromatherapist for over eleven years now & I still use essential oils every day.
These days I’m living in a warm, sunny climate. However, I still remember those dark winter mornings so well. The grey skies, the slow starts, the longing for light. That’s where essential oils became my winter best friends.
Essential oils are wonderful in winter – supporting your immune system, offering antiviral protection & gently lifting the clouds of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
Just a few drops can truly change the energy of a space… and your mood.
One of my favourite rituals was diffusing grapefruit oil first thing in the morning. I would wake up, lie in bed for a moment, then go make my coffee. When I returned to my room, the air felt fresh, bright & totally uplifting. It was like sunshine in scent form
Try blending grapefruit with:
Orange – to evoke a positive & happy outlook
Rose – for a touch of love, care & heart warmth
Grapefruit - works with the pineal gland & helps SAD
It’s a simple, beautiful way to invite light & mother nature into your day.
Please remember to use essential oils safely. Buy pure oils where you can. Some like Rose, Jasmin come diluted as the pure oil can be expensive. Your local chemist will always have a good range.
