Hola Beautiful Souls - How are you?

Yesterday we had  a Solar Eclipse, on a New Moon… and it’s also the beginning of the Fire Horse year.

So yes… energetically it’s a BIG moment right now.

The  Fire Horse energy can feel bold, motivating & forward-moving — like a fresh wave of confidence, momentum & new beginnings.

However, here’s what I’m really feeling for this week (& what I’m hearing from clients & friends too):

✨ Right now is not the time to push.

✨ Right now is the time to pause.

✨ Right now is the time to go within.

Eclipse energy can bring powerful shifts, but it can also feel emotional, tiring & a little wobbly — so if you feel extra sensitive, extra tired, or like you need more space than usual… you are not alone.

You don’t have to take massive action right now.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply:

💛 Be with yourself

💛 Listen to your body

💛 Love yourself deeply

💛 Let things settle before you decide your next step
