People have asked me why I chose Sicily for my retreat.

The answer is simple.  I fell in love with it.

There is something about Sicily that is difficult to put into words. It is an island full of magic, mystery, history, passion & energy. From the sparkling coastline to the powerful presence of Mount Etna. (Europe's most active volcano.) I feel like Sicily has a spirit all of its own.

The first time I visited, I felt an immediate connection.

It wasn't just the incredible food, the beautiful scenery or the warm Sicilian hospitality.

It was the energy I felt.

An energy that this island has something special

Something magical.

And every time I have been, I have found myself wanting more. 

More of that unique Sicilian energy. ✨🍋

It is one of those places that is on so many peoples bucket lists & once I went, it was easy to understand why.
