Hola from Costa Rica.  How are you?

I’ve been home nearly four weeks now, settling into a new chapter after nine weeks of travelling through the Americas. It feels good to be back in my routines yoga, walking on the beach, cooking & more beach. Plus I’ve been happily booked out for the last three weeks.  It's great to see so many people taking care of their wellbeing.

Can you believe it’s December?  Today we have the last of three consecutive Super Full Moons & its powerful.  I am feeling its energy. 

I'm a little tired & can feel the guidance to slow down, rest & clear things out - make space around me energetically & physically. 

A desire to check in on my beliefs, feelings & expectations around my heart's desires. So I'm aligned & allowing them,  not blocking them.

To do that we need some space & to slow down so it all makes sense to me. Try to make some time for yourself over these next few days.

The photo above is from Iguazú Waterfalls on the Argentina side — the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. Their energy was electric. After five nights there, all I wanted was quiet, reflection & no socials. It was a huge internal clearing for me. A truly magical place.

Enjoy this gemini last full moon of 2025. This  year has been a year of endings & completion. This full moon gives us another opportunity to be brave & let go.  Charge your crystals, write a full moon list to burn. Take it easy, drink water & love yourself.
