July is here with all its Summer fun and sparkle. I think we are all happy that this month brings with it a welcomed calmer & lighter energy for us all. May & June were intense, right? The earlier Full Moon was a Super moon so its energy is more powerful & lasts for longer. You might still be feeling drawn to having a clear out physically, emotionally and mentally. This is a great time for a detox in whatever way you feel drawn to. Just do it!
I am excited to be arriving in sunny Dublin (I hope! lol) in two weeks. Then even more excited to make my way to the French Alps to host the Family Yoga Retreat. It is going to be so much fun!
In August I am teaching all levels of Integrated Energy Therapy in Dublin. Most people learn IET for themselves & it is a beautiful gift of self empowerment. It has changed my life & I've seen it change many others too.
